I do enjoy that one, but there is no topping progression. That one was a "holy f*ck" level of good.

Saw them at wetlands preserve when they toured shortly before designs for automotion came out. Buried alive was the opener, I missed them. Got to see saves the day & kid dynamite though. Was pretty nifty.

When it came out I liked it...but, as having already been into Helmet I thought it was just them doing Helmet riffs and it kinda took away from it a little. The Steps EP was peak Snapcase for me.

Not that Steps didn't have the Helmet influence. It just hit me harder. Plus, that bass production....ungh!

Also, Windows is the best song ever. That intro gets me every time. I'mma just go listen to Snapcase all day.

Yeah all their records are fairly strong. I didn't love the later stuff, but I didn't hate it. I feel like with steps & lookinglasself the production wasn't on the same level as the next 2 (though there was noticable improvement on steps).
