Got hurt at work recently

f*cked my shoulder up really bad when some dude who wasn't paying attention hit my forklift at full speed and flung me off it. I ended up tearing my rotator cuff and tried to get workman's comp, but these f*cks are trying to deny it because I wasn't wearing a seatbelt. I'm ready to sue these mother f*ckers for all they've got and buy a f*cking yacht or something.

Very interesting. Go on..

1. Never happened 2. That's not how workman's comp works

Inkongudunk 5/2/2022 5:45:52 PM
Also, you wouldn't sue. You'd talk to the eeoc and whatever labor board was in your state. You're bad at these threads.

3) no one gets flung off a f*cking fork lift going 4 miles an hour

4. Nothing bong with me

Also, if a car hit your forklift. The car would be smashed to shit and the forklift would be doin alright

Also, what model was the forklift? I, very specifically, have extensive knowledge on the S.O.P.s of major industrial forklifts. Toyota, Crown, etc.

Do you have a disability policy in your benefits? I got injured at work but couldn't prove it, so I just used my MetLife short term disability policy instead of trying to go through workman's comp.
