California's Will Haven formed in mid-1995, and released its debut self-titled CDEP on Landspeed Records. Combining noise, hardcore, metal, along with numerous effects, the band toured to promote its debut disc and establish a following. Eventually, the band would be signed to Crisis Records, Revelation Records' imprint label (Shai Hulud). 1997 saw its Crisis Records debut, "El Diablo," which has not only caught the attention of numerous hardcore fans in the U.S., but in Europe as well. The band's ever-growing popularity has led to gigs with the Deftones, Beastie Boys, Earth Crisis, and Sick Of It All.
