Testament recording new album

Official press release:

Thrash metal titans Testament are currently hard at work on their new album which is not just their first studio album in nine years, but the first in over a decade with the original line-up of Chuck Billy on vocals, Alex Skolnick and Eric Peterson on guitars, and Greg Christian on bass, plus the band re-recruited Paul Bostaph for drumming duties.

Testament are recording the album right now at Fantasy Studios in Berkeley, California with producer Andy Sneap at the helm. Testament have named the album "The Formation of Damnation" and it will street April 29th, 2008 via Nuclear Blast Records.
