Suicide Note prepares new releases

Thursday, November 23, 2006 8:55 PM PT

Chicago band Suicide Note has announced plans to release a split with Lords in spring 2007 through Hawthorne Street Records. Suicide Note is also in the process of writing material for a new full-length. Meanwhile, the group has been remixing their debut recording, which originally surfaced as their 1999 demo. Kurt Ballou has been remixing the eight songs (in addition to a Black Flag cover) at his Godcity studios in Salem, MA. In related news, you can catch the band live at three shows in December:

12/21 Indianapolis, IN @ Secret Location w/ Young Widows, Race Bannon, You Will Die
12/22 Chicago, IL @ Subterranean w/ Pelican, Lichens
12/23 Chicago, IL @ Beat Kitchen w/ Pelican, Young Widows
