ex-Of Mice & Men singer hospitalized, undergoes surgery

Thursday, June 15, 2017 6:14 AM PT

The medical woes of former Of Mice & Men vocalist Austin Carlile continue as he was scheduled to undergo unexpected surgery last night for two spinal cysts. Carlile shared the information yesterday via an Instagram story (see below).

Carlile has been plagued by a series of health setbacks in recent years, all stemming from his battle with Marfan syndrome, a condition which ultimately forced him to leave the band late last year.

Every time there's the thoughts/prayers/gods will for this dudes health it's baffling. If that's what you believe in, the god character being all powerful and controlling then isn't that also saying god is trying to continually mess him up/kill him? "Thanks god for saving me pt 136" really equals "why have u tried to kill me 136 times and science keeps saving the day?"
