A Perfect Circle announce new label, prepare new album

A Perfect Circle, launched in 1999 and featuring Tool frontman Maynard James Keenan, has signed a worldwide record deal with BMG.

Jon Cohen, EVP Recorded Music at BMG, said: "We're thrilled to welcome A Perfect Circle to BMG and excited to present their highly anticipated new music to the world. Their uncompromising approach, vision and legion of fans have made them one of the most artistic and commercially successful acts in rock."

Details have yet to be disclosed, but the band is in the studio record a new LP and co-founder Billy Howerdel says that they will release new music this year.
