A Day To Remember score their best sales, chart debut

Monday, September 12, 2016 11:16 AM PT

Bad Vibrations, the new full-length from Floridian rock/hardcore band A Day To Remember, sold 67,000 copies in its first week of release in the United States, good enough to debut at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 chart. Meanwhile, the record bowed at No. 1 on the Top Album Sales chart.

This is both the band's best Billboard chart debut and sales debut to date.

ADTR's previous record, Common Courtesy (2014), peaked at No. 37 on the Billboard 200. Additionally, their 2010 release, What Separates Me From You, sold 55,000 copies in its first week and debuted at No. 11 on the Billboard 200.

"They stackin paper, good for them."

honestly you're completely right. Props to them for pulling it off with their style of music in a time where rock bands pretty much don't make shit.

Pretty crazy to think that Todd Jones started this band 10 years ago when he went to visit Florida. Everyone he meets turns to gold. You will never be one of us will be the downfall of us all.

It's so crazy that an album that sold 67,000 copies debuted at #2. 10 years ago that would have never happened.

Are they still self releasing? If so, god DAMN right they are making bank. If you're gonna waste your life in a band that's at least the right way to do it. Self release and keep your money.

^^^^ They released it on their own label and Epitaph handles the distribution. So yeah, they're making bank.

They are still in a lawsuit they filed 5 years ago. Bet they wish that was over with.

They prob worked out a 50/50 with no recoup so they prob made half s million on the first week. Gotta hand it to em, they're pulling off what so many have tried. Prob the first and only "wealthy" musicians in the "scene." Can't hate on that.,

Kevin Skaff is seriously creepy.
After Paige dumped him he tried to seduce a 17-year-old girl, and proceeded to call her "hot" on the tour b.

Dude, Justin mckinney is such a fcking douchebag. He magically disappears at load in and makes every one else set up his guitar equipment, then reappears with an attitude that noonr let him know it was soundcheck

Scaff even recorded it:

"Justin McKinney" is a douchbag because doesn't load his guitar equipment. Hey dumpster, they pay crew to do that. Kevin Skaff hits on a 17 year old...have you seen 17 year olds...they look like they're older than Paige. Ask the age before smashing it.
