Killswitch Engage announces title of new album

Wednesday, December 16, 2015 10:22 AM PT

Massachusetts metal veterans Killswitch Engage have chosen Incarnate as the title of their forthcoming, seventh album. Frontman Jesse Leach explained the title to Revolver:

"The definition of incarnate is 'in the flesh.' And this record is who we are right now. Whereas [2013's] 'Disarm The Descent' was sort of my 'comeback' album, and was about us feeling out the new vibe. But now, after spending a few years traveling the world together, I think we're all in a really comfortable place. We definitely have a strong sense of self as to who we are as a band."

The new album is tentatively due out in March via Roadrunner Records.

Why does no one ever point out the fact that they obviously meant to title the last album "Disarm the Dissent" and several people in the band/label failed miserably at basic spelling?
