In Cold Blood announces new 7"

Sunday, January 25, 2015 8:37 AM PT

Official press release:

In Cold Blood's first new recording in over 15 years takes shape in the form of a two-song 7" on A389 Recordings featuring the original lineup of Bourbon Z (vocals), Aaron Melnick (guitar), Leon Melnick (bass), Blaze Tishko (guitar) and the new addition Matt Izzi (Homewrecker) on drums. Musically the band is on-point as always with massive riffs, stellar guitarwork, pissed off vocals and a reborn sense of energetic drumming unheard on their previous releases.

Recorded at the Mars Recording Compound and mastered by Audiosiege, this super limited edition (666 copies) release is available in three different colors as well as a small handful of Record Release Show copies from the A389 XI Anniversary Bash. The layout must been seen to be believed with a 3-panel fold out designed by Ethan McCarthy of Primitive Man.

Yeah milk it as they were a huge band in their existence and the royalties from 666 copies must be massive. gayG.O.T

8-10 years ago, no one cared about the Cleveland/Holy Terror sound and if they did, it was only Integrity and Ringworm. Their "popularity" (for lack of a better word) is a more recent thing. So, yeah, they are milking it. Just like One Life Crew, Gehenna (not from Cleveland but affiliated), etc.
