Gift Giver

Official press release:

Century Media Records have signed Detroit area tech/nu-metal band Gift Giver. Formed in the fall of 2012, Gift Giver gained notoriety and repute through their self-released EP, "Daddy Issues", and constant touring through the US with acts such as Sworn In, Kublai Khan, Barrier, and many more. Appearances at the New England Metal and Hardcore festival, Skate and Surf Fest and Michigan's own Dirtfest raised their profile even higher, making them one of the most buzzed about bands in the scene. Vocalist Justin Johnson comments:

"We are very proud to announce that we have signed to Century Media Records! We've got a brand new full length ready and a couple new singles that will be coming out shortly. We busted our asses, dealt with member changes, and other endless amounts of bullshit to make this record happen - and it's finally ready! It feels good to have a badass label believe in what we are doing and we hope to see all of your support as well! See you guys on the road."

Gift Giver recently completed their debut album with Century Media, details on that as well as their first single will be released shortly.

Just looked this band up on YouTube. They are so bad that they make Sworn In sound good.

This band is from nowhere near Detroit. Bunch of rich kids from three counties away that all attended University of Michigan on their parents' dime.

Wonder if the singer tries to hide that he sang for a Christian metalcore band two years before joining this one
