Asking Alexandria releases new short film

Tuesday, May 15, 2012 11:11 AM PT

Official press release:

Asking Alexandria's new, shocking short film, Through Sin and Self-Destruction, is now available exclusively on iTunes. This is a controversial, uncensored look into the real lives of a new era of rockstars for today's generation as they take over the Sunset Strip. This is the first, but not last collaboration between writer Ash Avildsen and director Frankie Nasso, who together take you on an ambitious visual endeavor that hasn't been strived for in rock since the legendary Guns N' Roses trilogy. The film is comprised of three music videos for the songs "Reckless & Relentless," "To The Stage" and "Dear Insanity." Guest appearances are made by Belladonna, Andy San Dimas, Sebastian Bach and more. This is truly the essence of sex, drugs and heavy metal.

stop trying to make these flavor-of-the-week tweeners look like timeless rockstars. NO ONE IS BUYING IT. its obviously an attempt to make a quick buck off idiot teenagers who don't know any better, while making other idiot teenagers think they themselves are rock gods.

Lol, it's like these guys are being marketed as the new A7X (who themselves are influenced by G'N'R). Except A7X, like em or not, has talent, unlike AA

"The true essence of sex, drugs, and heavy metal" are words that should never be included in the same article as Asking Alexandria.

I am convinced that Ash/Sumerian is trolling us all with that press release!

I would like to see AA have fun with Sebastien Bach whilst on drugs. Heck, we'd all like to have fun with Sebastien Bach. He was wonderful on Gilmore Girls...

If fcking underaged girls in tour buses while being scene-queen douchebags is the epitome of being rock stars, they sure have a lot to fcking document in a documentary

5/16/2012 1:38:37 PM
i would bone that walking shitstorm belladonna. i would pretend to be in AA if could yell in her ass cavern to hear the echo. if its a big deal, why is this the first and only time i have heard about it.

A7X are good at what they do. you might not like it, but they dont suck

5/16/2012 2:33:35 PM
Yeah, I'm not a huge A7X fan, but their older stuff (and some newer) is good. They do put on a good live show too

None of this.

Art meets Superstardom in what shall be one of the greatest declinatory story mash-ups since the 1960's.

Hunter Thompson is rolling in his headless grave.
Nothing I haven't seen.
Band is gay.
