Fall Silent finishes new full-length

Fall Silent finished recording their new album 'Drunken Violence' at the end of August with producer Eric Steinman, who has previously worked with Will Haven, Far, Countervail, Deftones, and others. The record has also been mixed and is currently awaiting the mastering process. According to band vocalist, Levi, "It is definitely the best 11 songs we have ever put on an album and I am so fucking excited for everyone to hear it. A lot of new ideas and new approaches to the Fall Silent sound have made 'Drunken Violence' another solid release for us. We are having some trouble with the artwork right now, but we should get that worked out soon." Look for the new record to hit stores via Revelation Records in March 2002. Following the album's release, the band will embark on a West Coast tour followed by a full U.S. tour in the summer. Finally, congratulations to Levi and his wife on recent the birth of their son.
