Himsa finishes recording new album

Himsa has completed the recording process for their Century Media Records debut. The group tracked the drums, bass and guitars with Steve Carter (who produced their "Courting Tragedy and Disaster" album), Devin Townsend (Lamb of God, Darkest Hour) handled vocal duties, and Tue Madsen (The Haunted) is currently mixing the effort. The album is currently set for a late-August release. Click here to view a video of Devin Townsend and Johnny Pettibone tracking vocals, shot by King Of Hearts Productions.

TO THE HATERS: You weren't around when those classic albums dropped. Stop jocking the nostalgia you can't have. Himsa is a solid band. End of story.

hopefully better than the last one...

Himsa actually have wicked chops. I don't get the Himsa hating. I know very very few bands around actually have such guitar shredding skill.
