Black Cross records new album

Black Cross was in the studio last week recording songs for their second album. Tracking took place in Louisville, KY with engineer Chris Owens (Breather Resist). The group recorded thirteen songs live, with no overdubs and minimal punch-ins. The album is currently being mixed and will be available in June via Auxiliary Records. The band comments: "It’s been over four years since we recorded our first album, Art Offensive, and we’re very excited to finally be on the road to having a new record released. Over the course of the last year, we got together as much as possible between Coliseum and Young Widows tours to work on writing this collection of songs, digging back into our earlier melodic punk influences like Wipers, Husker Du, Gray Matter, etc."
