Poison The Well has finished tracking their debut release for Ferret Music. Mixing will begin tomorrow and the album is slated for an April release. Here's a statement from the band:

"Everything is coming out great and we couldn't be more happy with the way the songs have taken shape. It took us around ten days to lay all the basic tracks down and another two weeks to do vocals and over dubs. All together we have around 24 songs to choose from. There is around fifteen that we're going be considering for the record. The record itself will contain ten to twelve tracks. The remaining songs will be used for B-sides. Tomorrow starts day one of mixing which will take a few weeks to finish up and after the new year it will be mastered."
