Apparently putting the rumors to rest, Victory Records has commented on the supposed breakup of Earth Crisis. Victory states that the band has NOT broken up and has no plans to do so in the near future. Meanwhile, Victory does go on to say that Earth Crisis is currently taking a short hiatus from touring, while working on side projects and experimenting with new sounds.
