Official press release:

Scarlet would like to extend their apologies to their fans in their decision to pull out of the remainder of their headlining tour dates this month. The band completed several weeks with Fight Paris, The Calico System, and The Esoteric successfully before guitarist Brian Tolbert suffered a broken hand preventing the band from completing the tour. The band will however be back in fighting shape and spirit for the upcoming Ferret Records "Under The Gun" Tour for March which will see the group paired with Madball, Remembering Never, ZAO and The Banner. Scarlet have just released their new album titled "This Was Always Meant To Fall Apart" a pun of sorts talking about how their band which formed in high school was always on the verge of collapse, but yet has kept coming back. The band always seems to have lively stories from tour which unexpected challenges always seem to spring up. At the beginning of their current tour, one of the wheel's on the band's van came off while driving forcing the band to crash and their trailer to snap off and flip over breaking equipment. Miraculously the band was unhurt and quickly acquired a new van and trailer to continue. Their tour previous to that ended when their then bassist suffered a stroke in the parking lot going into convulsions and hospitalized. Luckily the Richmond , VA based band who incorporate electronics and fiery rock into their hardcore had no mishaps while recording their new album which is receiving raves at press everywhere.
