Poison The WEll & ANKOAS split on the rocks

It now looks as if the much-anticipated split with Poison The Well and A New Kind Of American Saint might not happen afterall. The split album was to be a joint release by S.A. Mob Records and Jawk Records. ANKOAS is reporting that the split is off due to conflicts in timing with the upcoming Poison The Well album. They will reportedly upload their half of the split to MP3.com. The split's status is officially still up in air though as Poison The Well hasn't gotten confirmation from one of the aforementioned labels, so it still could see the light of day, but don't be surprised if the split never gets released.
