Killing Time address Posi Fest rumors
Killing Time have issued a statement addressing the incident at Posi Numbers Fest, including widespread rumors suggesting that a Killing Time band member and his wife were casualties of the melee. Here's the statement: "Killing Time would like to publicly announce that no member of the band was in any way involved in the fight that abruptly ended the Positive Numbers Festival on Sunday July 31st. Contrary to the rumors circulating on the messageboards, when the fight erupted none of the band were even in the complex. Anthony or his wife being involved in any way is false. In fact, they were still in New York at the time of the incident. Believe me when we say that the band was just as disappointed as the people who came out to see the show. We were extremely happy with our last few performances and were honestly psyched to play a venue of that size. Our sympathies go out to those who were injured in the assault and we wish them a fast recovery. Our next show is August 19th at Hellfest in Trenton, NJ. Hopefully, everyone who missed us in PA will be there."
