Jon Hammer, vocalist for Empire Down, made a post on Instagram calling out Soft Kill's Tobias Francis for abuse.
His full statement:
I kept my lips sealed long enough. I gave warnings to other homies in bands and was trying to watch out for people I respect because I didn't want anybody getting ripped off or stolen from. All the while, having shit talked about me, lies told about me, attempts at getting old beefs started again with folks that were too smart for that troglodyte. Fuck all this lips sealed billshit. Fuck this woman beating, abusive, lying, stealing, shit talking, culture vulture peice of shit. Tobias Francis from Soft Kill is a woman beater. Hope you rot you wannabee skin chameleon. Get fucked bitch.

He also posted a screenshot to his Instagram story providing further details. Allegedly, Francis has a history of abuse, and completely manufactured his entire "punk" image, while having a rich family and stealing from other bands.
