Tool fans upset following disappointing Tool In The Sand Weekend, considering class action lawsuit

Fans who attended the inaugural 'Tool Live In The Sand' festival in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic are reportedly considering a class-action lawsuit following disappointment over the band's near-identical setlists on March 7th and 8th. 

Despite headlining both nights, Tool played the same four songs—"Fear Inoculum," "Rosetta Stoned," "Pneuma," and "Jambi"—without much variation, leaving some attendees feeling shortchanged. The backlash could escalate into legal action as disgruntled fans weigh their options.

With pricing for the event itself being pretty steep, not including travel to the Dominican Republic, The Law Office of Stas Rusek (out of Atlanta, GA) seems to be taking advantage and offering those who felt wronged by the band to form a class action lawsuit asking if you paid between $4,000-$10,000 for Tool In The Sand to contact them. 

Rusek himself claims to not only be a huge Tool fan but someone who also attended the weekend event.
