Machine Head celebrate 30 years of 'Burn My Eyes' with early 90s demo release and IPA beer

Machine Head's first album, Burn My Eyes, is hitting its 30th anniversaryand to celebrate the band has planned a release called Diamonds In The Rough '92-'93, which a compilation of early demos and rare tracks from the band's early thrash era. The collection includes both limited edition picture discs and vinyl pressings, along with an ultra-deluxe CD digipak. 

The band said they have uncovered the original unmastered demo cassette from 1993 release comprised of content that played a crucial role in securing their record deal with Roadrunner Records. The 'jewel in the crown' as they describe within this collection is a never-before-heard 4-track cassette rehearsal demo featuring their original drummer, Tony Costanza.

The band stated:

We have found the original unmastered demo cassette of the 1993 demo that got the band signed, and had it meticulously remastered at Sterling Sound. But the jewel in the crown; a never-before-released 4-track cassette rehearsal demo with our original drummer Tony Costanza, painstakingly remixed from the original 4-track cassette bounces and also mastered at Sterling Sound.

Alongside the rerelease, the band announced an IPA crafted in honor of the anniversary in collaboration with Turning Point Brew Co. The brew features an ABV of 4.8% and is going for a blend of classic hop flavors and aromas like pine, citrus, and stone fruit, plus a hint of pineapple.
