The Undertaking! share music video for new single "Touch Dirt"
San Diego, CA based metalcore outfit The Undetaking! have shared the second new single of the year with the release of "Touch Dirt". The new single follows up the previously released "And The Silver Surfer".
"Touch Dirt" is now streaming on DSP's and is accompanied by music video featuring clips for the band's live performance shot by Micala Austin and Adam Powell.
The band shared the following:
Having tragically lost a friend a few years back, the song's lyrics tackle the emotional processing required for that kind of loss. "No shadow can stand in for you" is one of the lyrics in the song that portrays the theme of losing someone. Working through grief is never a linear path. There's anger, bitterness, sadness. All needed, but never fun.
