SSD release new music video for "Glue" as remastered reissue of 'Get It Away' is released
SSD's (Society System Decontrol) 1982 debut The Kids Will Have Their Say is a landmark in hardcore music, but many fans consider their 1983 sophomore effort Get It Away the band's most crucial release. Today, archival label Trust Records has released a deluxe reissue of Get It Away. Back in print after three decades, the album is now available to stream and purchase across digital platforms for the first time. It features remastered audio by Dan Johnson at Audio Archiving Studios and deluxe packaging.

Trust Records partnered with Six Stair Productions to tell the SSD story in a short film titled Get It Away, directed and edited by Coan Buddy Nichols. The film is available in full today, along with a new official music video for "Glue," featuring footage and images from 1981-1985.
This Sunday, July 21, SSD and Trust Records will team up with Have Heart in Boston to celebrate the Get It Away reissue. The event takes place at Bridge Nine (282 Rantoul St. Beverly, MA 01915) from 11 AM to 2 PM local time. A limited "Like Glue Like Crew" Have Heart / SSD collaborative t-shirt will be available, with 100% of the proceeds going to charity to help fight cancer.
