As I Lay Dying frontman Tim Lambesis dealt with yearlong debilitating spinal injury

As I Lay Dying's Tim Lambesis recently posted a video sharing some insight on his personal health struggles. The video, posted last night Thursday, July 11th, Lambesis explained he had been suffering from a debilitating spinal injury for the last year or so, having two bulging discs, spinal stenosis, and even arthritis causing him severe pain - enough to limit his movement and remain bed ridden at times.

Lambesis shared:

Injury update A diagnosis is not always as scary as it sounds after a year of physical therapy. For a few months I could barely get off the couch or roll over in bed, and now I'm gaining my strength back every week.
