Rick's Stalker here. I saw Rick at the Elementary school the other day in Tampa, Florida. He was sitting in his Car and waiting for the school kids going home. Rick was eating some Nachos while he was waiting. Then finally school ended and a group of 6 year old boys walked by his Car. Rick was yelling at the boys "get in my Car boiis, I have delicious Nachos for you Kids and maybe something more If you know what I mean...". The Boys however ignored Rick and rumor has Rick went into the school with his gun killing all teachers cause He was so mad the boys ignored his offer. It was the last time I'd ever seen him
