Pallbearer announce new album 'Mind Burns Alive' and release first single "Where The Light Fades"
Arkansas doom metal band Pallbearer have announced they will release their new album, Mind Burns Alive, May 17th via Nuclear Blast Records. With the announcement, the band has shared the first and lead single from the new record, "Where The Light Fades".
Regarding the album:
Six songs deep and 600 miles wide with music that ranges from disarming quiet to something akin to a battering ram made out of Marshall stacks, Mind Burns Alive finds the quartet navigating the sonic realm between disquiet and serenity in a way that nods to previous efforts while fully forging ahead with a singular intensity. With this album, Pallbearer continues to invoke an atmosphere of bare, unadulterated introspection and the resulting catharsis that comes with that.

The band also announced their 2024 North American Tour. Support for Part 1 (June 6th-June 29th) will feature The Keening with REZN and Rwake on select dates. Part 2 (July 11th-August 3rd) will feature support from The Keening and Inter Arma.
