Darkest Hour gig in Los Angeles sees Brian Posehn holding Mike Schleibaum's guitar

Darkest Hour Brian Mike

Well-known metal aficionado and comedian Brian Posehn recently made a surprise appearance at the Darkest Hour show in Los Angeles, CA at Club 1720 last night.

In photos shared by the two, Posehn was spotted holding guitarist Mike Schleibaum's guitar, which surprisingly, given Brian and Mike's height differential, fits him like a glove.

See Mike Schleibaum's MSV-1 at Guitar Center

Posehn shared:

Fun hang and a great show from @darkest_hour_official last night at @1720warehouse. Thanks to @theriffdojo for above and beyond hospitality and letting me hold his Frankenstein V @espguitars. I want!

Additionally, the band bid farewell to Mouth For War, who wrapped up their time on the tour. The band plays tonight in San Diego, CA at Brick By Brick, and on the 19th Darkest Hour welcomes Filth Is Eternal, who joins the band in Seattle, WA and the rest of the tour.

Just one Mike Schleibaum MSV-1 left in stock at Amazon

The remaining tour dates are listed below.

The group shared:

Shout out to the man, the myth, the legend, Mr. @brianposehn AND everyone who came out to our epic LA show last night at club 1720! @1720warehouse - so many good friends, felt like a hometown show almost!

Also love to @mouthforwarco who leave the tour today, see ya tonight at @brickbybricksd in San Diego, CA!

I held a guitar once. Doesn't make me a genius in crypto. It's just a guitar. That's nots even an NFT.

"Guy goes to show, meets lesser-known and less-famous guitar player. Guy holds common guitar."

He's also holding John's mic with his ass

Was at this show. Sad to see them playing in front of such a small crowd but definitely still a fun set with all the classic era bangers you'd be expect! Hope they come back in town maybe with another big band from that generation like Unearth or Bleeding Through or KSE. Cheers!

Playing to 50 people and posehn being one of them is now an accomplishment?

anonymous 182 days ago

Remember when he was "signed to relapse"? Never forgive them for that

Brick By Brick (200-400 capacity), founded in 1995 located in Bay Park, CA just north of Downtown San Diego Yeah they probably had about 90 "fans"

anonymous 182 days ago

New album was a letdown😔

Brick By Brick (200-400 capacity), founded in 1995 located in Bay Park, CA just north of Downtown San Diego Yeah they probably had about 90 "fans" ^i would say probably closer to 150. They definitely do still have a fan base. But it doesn't help that the last several albums have not been great and that they insist on playing a ton.of material from said albums. Also the supporting bands on this tour were awful which can't be helpful. I'm still probably going to go out to see them whenever I have a chance just to see the Undoing Ruin, HHOASN and Deliver Us material.

After seeing DH for 25 years, the biggest "crowds" were 2002-2003ish when they were still playing with bands like shattered realm and dead to fall. When undoing things came out they were playing a tent at warped to 20 people. Mikes dad pays for a bandwagon and bankrolls his hobby

Undoing ruin*
