Allegaeon is gearing up to hit the studio next week, joined by original vocalist Ezra Haynes, to lay down tracks for their seventh full-length album. The band is reuniting with their trusted producer Dave Otero at Flatline Audio for this highly anticipated recording.

For exclusive glimpses into the recording sessions, fans can follow live video updates on instagram.com/allegaeonofficial. Additionally, those looking for more behind-the-scenes content can access special insider looks through Allegaeon's Patreon.

Guitarist Greg Burgess shared:

We are really excited to get back in the studio with Dave and get to work. The album is shaping up to be a strong amalgamation of songs across the discography. Some songs sound like they would be at home on Formshifter and some sound like they are straight off of DAMNUM. It's a very exciting time to be in ALLEGAEON and we can't wait for everyone to hear this record.

Haynes chimed in:

It has been a decade since I've had the pleasure of creating a full-length album with the boys. The chemistry of this lineup is nothing I've experienced before and there's a lot to unpack with this new album. A decade's worth of experiences, and I'm finally ready to share it with the fine folk of the metal community. 2024 is really shaping up and I couldn't be more excited. Here's to lucky #7!

While fans await the new album, the band is also supplying support for the upcoming Decapitated  tour featuring Speticflesh, and Kataklysm.

These guys will forever be known as the band that started a go fund me so they could make 50k a year being in a band. Get f*cked.

Even worse, it was a Patreon. They wanted the fans to give them each $50,000 per year, every year so they could just sit around and write their dogshit music and not have to get jobs while not on tour.

Retire

I'm almost impressed by their lack of self awareness.
