Blood Incantation has entered the studio with producer/engineer Arthur Rizk, who most recently produced Show Me The Body and Sumerlands's latest full-lengths. In 2019 the band released their sophomore full-length Hidden History Of The Human Race and in 2022 they put out the atmospheric ambient Timewave Zero EP.

Today the band posted a photo of the pairing at Hansa Studios in Berlin, DE. However, it is unclear whether they are working on another EP, the band's third studio album, or what the material may sound like altogether. Though the band has previously hinted at a proper follow-up to Hidden History Of The Human Remains.

In April the band spent time at Rocky Mountain Recorders with Chris McNaughton.

Later in the year, you can see Blood Incantation support Cannibal Corpse and Mayhem on their co-headlining North American tour also featuring Gorguts.
