Abacus Recordings signs The Goodwill

Long Island, NY outfit The Goodwill have officially signed with Abacus Recordings. The group previously released a full-length with Negative Progression Records in 2003. The band is currently at Atomic Studios in Brooklyn with Dean Baltulonis (No Warning, Hazen St.) recording their Abacus debut, which should be available in early-2005. Here's a quote from bassist Josh Moskoviz regarding the deal: "I've been waiting to sign to a label like Abacus my whole life. I'm super excited to be working with Ray [Harkins] and the Abacus team, and I look forward to what the future holds for The Goodwill and Abacus Recordings."
