Ben "Gaz" Gordon, the drummer for veteran Australian metalcore band Parkway Drive, is selling his Byron Bay home. Gordon agents Nick Dunn and Will Phillips are accepting offers of over $10 million for the property. Gordon, recently had his 2000-built home redesigned by local interior designer Mel Gubbin of Ave Twenty Two.

The four-bedroom, four-bathroom ocean-view home features a Mediterranean minimalist design with Venetian render, Travertine cobblestones, and timber. The property includes a gym, a home office, an alfresco courtyard with a built-in barbecue, a sunken firepit, and a magnesium infinity pool and spa. Gordon bought the home on a 660 sqm (square meter) plot for $2.45 million in 2019, and only one property was sold on the same street in 2022, a 1995-built home that sold for $6.5 million.

...we guess Metalcore does pay.
