Forbidden to reunite in 2023

Classic thrash band, Forbidden, has finally confirmed their reunion after dropping a few hints. The band's 2023 lineup features original guitarist Craig Locicero, bassist Matt Camacho, guitarist Steve Smyth (formerly of Testament and Nevermore), and drummer Chris Kontos (formerly of Machine Head and Testament), and vocalist Norman Skinner.

Forbidden is all set to mark their return at Belgium's Alcatraz Metal Festival in August. Initially formed in 1985 under the moniker Forbidden Evil, the band changed its name in 1987 before disbanding in 1997. After a hiatus of a decade, they reunited in 2007 but again parted ways in 2012.
