Abysmal Dawn vocalist Charles Elliot to join System Of A Down's Serj Tankian for special performance

Charles Elliott, the vocalist of Abysmal Dawn, will perform alongside System Of A Down lead vocalist Serj Tankian for a unique orchestral show titled "Invocations" on April 29 in Los Angeles, CA. Tankian has handpicked an esteemed group of collaborators for the performance, including tenor Brian Thorsett, world music singer Azam Ali, and sound healer Francesca Genco. The CSUN Symphony Orchestra, ethnic instrumentalists, and a full choir will provide musical accompaniment. Notable instrumentalist Jivan Gasparyan Jr. will also be performing.

Regarding the performance, Elliott says:

"It's an honor to be performing as vocalist with such a legendary and diverse musician like Serj. I am truly humbled to have been asked to be a part of such a cool and unique project. I'm ready to provide something ugly to some extremely beautiful and captivating music. Now I hope to see some headbangers there, wearing their best penguin suits and monocles!"
