Northless premiere new track 'Of Shadow and Sanguine'
The song features guest vocals from Primitive Man's Ethan McCarthy.

Wisconsin progressive sludge outfit Northless recently announced plans to release a new album titled A Path Beyond Grief on July 22 through Translation Loss Records.
Today, the band has unveiled a new track from the effort. Featuring Ethan McCarthy (of Primitive Man and Vermin Wound), the song "Of Shadow and Sanguine" can be streamed below.
Northless member Erik Stenglein comments: "'Of Shadow and Sanguine' is probably the most aggressive track in the band's history. It's a stark contrast in terms of vibe and technicality compared to the album's title track we released previously. We've always incorporated elements of death metal, with lower tunings, blast beats etc, but this song is pretty obvious in terms of that influence. Lyrically, this song explores the absolute destruction of a human being, both at the mental and physical level. We invited our good friend Ethan McCarthy (Primitive Man) to lend his vocal talents to the song, and his inclusion definitely elevates the negative spirit found within."

This website used to be hilarious. Now it's like open mic night for dudes who failed out of the band world. Still love LG, but god damn. Also Northless "Empty Home" is heavier than anything you've all written.
Damn, this shit bangs harder than a groupie at a Dance Gavin Dance show (regardless of consent or age status).
