Long Island's The Rescue will be releasing their debut EP in late-August. The effort was recorded last spring by George Fullan (Anterrabae) and features a guest appearance by Doug Robinson of The Sleeping. To support the release, the group will be touring the East and Midwest for three weeks in August with Three Years Older. If you can help with a show, contact No Division Booking here. Meanwhile, the band will soon begin the writing and recording process for their debut full-length, which will hit stores in January 2005 through United Edge Records. The album will be entitled "I'll Hurt Myself For This" and will once again be recorded by George Fullan. In related news, the group recently replaced guitarist Mike Signa (as result of creative differences) with friend Adam Hecht.
