Amorphis headlining North American tour

Amorphis tour

Finnish metal veterans Amorphis will tour North America this spring in support of their upcoming new album, Halo. The trek will commence in April and feature direct support from Sylvaine and Hoaxed. Confirmed dates are listed below.

Amorphis comment: "We are more than excited to announce that we are touring North America in the Spring 2022 to support our upcoming album Halo. We've been missing you, live gigs, and touring like never before! We are looking forward to the shows as well as bringing Sylvaine and Hoaxed with us as special guests. The market is getting waaaay oversaturated at this point. Some of these tours are going to be canceled due to ticket sales, not Covid. Too many bands, not enough fans.

'The market is getting waaaay oversaturated at this point. Some of these tours are going to be canceled due to ticket sales, not Covid. Too many bands, not enough fans.' Agreed, I gather Amorphis has decided to go stateside because it is easier to actually get a tour here than in Europe thanks to Covid. I like some of their albums but not enough to go: just can't imagine them drawing well here as opposed to Europe.
