Monday, September 13, 2021 11:58 AM PT / 1,344 views

Illinois post-metal and post-rock luminaries Russian Circles have entered the studio to begin tracking their eighth album and follow-up to 2019's Blood Year.

Recording is once again taking place at Steve Albini's famed Electrical Audio in Chicago with producer and engineer Kurt Ballou (High On Fire, Gatecreeper) at the helm.

A winter release via Sargent House is expected.
