Deafheaven album 'Infinite Granite' debuts on Billboard 200

Infinite Granite, the new album from post-metal quintet Deafheaven, has landed at No. 130 on the Billboard 200. The album tallied roughly 7,400 in pure sales in its first week of release in the United States.

The album also debuted at No. 8 on the Top Album Sales, No. 7 on the Top Current Album Sales, No. 4 on the Vinyl Albums, No. 20 on the Independent Albums, and No. 19 on the Rock Albums charts.

This is the fourth consecutive Deafheaven album to land on the Billboard 200, no small feat in recent years as myriad legacy albums garner thousands upon thousands of streams each week.

Deafheaven's previous album, 2018's Ordinary Corrupt Human Love, peaked at No. 111 on the Billboard 200 following first-week sales of 6,700.
