Exodus drummer Tom Hunting underwent a successful total gastrectomy yesterday (Monday, July 12).
According to Exodus bandmate Gary Holt, "everything went according to plan. Gastrectomy complete, heavily sedated but all cancer and mesothelioma nodules removed. He's a warrior.
Hunting was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma of the stomach earlier this year.
