Abbath recording new album

Norwegian black metal ensemble Abbath have entered the studio to begin recording their third full-length. Tracking is currently taking place at Dub Studio in Kristiansand, Norway with producer Endre Kirkesola (Blood Red Throne, Green Carnation).

Abbath comment: "Expect to be blown away, this is some of the best material we've written so far - hard, heavy, catchy and huge. The best of all worlds."

The album is due later this year via Season Of Mist, with more details expected shortly.
