Iced Earth mastermind
Jon Schaffer has now been extradited to Washington, D.C. and is in the custody of United States Marshals Service for his
participation in the early-January riots at the Capitol. Schaffer had been jailed in Indianapolis since his
arrest on January 17.
The news comes via Indiana-based reporter Brock E.W. Turner:
Accused of spraying a police officer with bear repellant, Schaffer faces six federal charges and must purportedly prove that he is neither a threat to himself nor the public before he is granted bail.
