Iced Earth's Jon Schaffer allegedly among Capitol rioters

Iced Earth guitarist and principal songwriter Jon Schaffer appears to have been among those who stormed the Capitol earlier today in support of President Donald Trump. Schaffer, an avowed conservative and COVID-19 skeptic, appears to feature prominently in a photograph taken by Roberto Schmidt and released via Getty Images (see below). Confirmation of Schaffer's presence during the riot has yet to surface, though his leanings, facial hair, and tattoos make it highly likely that he was there. Fortunately, it appears that authorities have since regained control of the Capitol building and the surrounding area.
