It's been a month since Shrine Of Malice vocalist Greg Gilbert was accused of sexual assault, something the Las Vegas, Nevada band has neglected to publicly address prior to this week. Last night bass player James Williams emerged via Instagram to issue an update regarding the group. Shrine Of Malice had recently finished recording a new album, but its release has been shelved indefinitely. "We had the record completed, but it's not coming out," says Williams. According to Williams, the band's future is very much in doubt. "Greg [Gilbert] is obviously done. We can't have him in the band anymore. We're just kind of wondering if we're gonna even keep doing the band," explains Williams. "We don't really know if it's worth it. It doesn't seem like we're gonna be well-received by the community anymore."
