A month ago Job For A Cowboy reappeared on Twitter following a six-year absence and appeared to tease their impending return. Unfortunately, no additional or subsequent information surfaced.
A newly uploaded interview with frequent JFAC production partner Jason Suecof now confirms what many fans had hoped: Job For A Cowboy are working on a new record.
During a recent appearance on "The Ex-Man with Doc Coyle" podcast, Suecof was asked what he was currently up to and his response was the following:
"I am working on a little Necro pre-pro. Supposed to be recording Job For a Cowboy right now but, ya know, the apocalypse and all."
Further details were not revealed, however, one thing is clear: Job For A Cowboy were supposed to be in the studio this spring tracking new music. Of course it's possible that JFAC were only scheduled to record a single, but that seems unlikely given the circumstances.
