Ohio's Premonitions Of War will be touring the U.S. this summer with A Life Once Lost. Dates for the tour have nearly been finalized and should be available soon. The Eastern half of the tour will also feature A Perfect Murder and Misery Signals while Martyr AD and If Hope Dies will support on the Western half. In related news, bassist Nick Hale has rejoined the group, replacing Adam Wentworth (The Red Chord) who has been filling in for several months. Additionally, the band recently recorded a song with new vocalist Nate Johnson, who replaced the departed Brad Wharton earlier this year. The song will initially appear on the new Thorp Records CD sampler before being re-recorded, along with four other tracks, for POW's upcoming split CD with Benumb, which will be out this summer through Thorp. Finally, the band will be in the studio following their current tour with Morbid Angel et al to record their sides of upcoming split 7"s with The Dream Is Dead and The Red Chord, in addition to their "Glorified Dirt" EP, which will be out this summer on Black Market Activities.
