American rock 'supergroup' Tomahawk are apparently working on a new album, their first since 2013's Oddfellows. The revelation comes via guitarist Duane Denison, who stated the following amid a "Rig Rundown" with Premiere Guitar (video below):
"We're actually working on a new Tomahawk album and I have a song tentatively called 'High Noon' and going for a Western sort of vibe..."
Originally launched in 1999, the band has featured a core line-up of Denison, Mike Patton (Faith No More, Mr. Bungle), and John Stanier (Battles, ex-Helmet). Trevor Dunn (Mr. Bungle) played bass on the group's most recent album. [via ThePRP]
