Faith No More plotting another comeback?

Sunday, November 24, 2019 8:12 AM PT

It's been four years since Faith No More last performed together publicly or released new music. If a cryptic social media image and countdown clock are any indication, that hiatus could soon be coming to an end.

Following the appearance of an eight-pointed star (see below) on the band's social media pages, a countdown clock now adorns their official website, and said clock is set to expire on Tuesday, November 26 at 2 pm EST. Amusingly, if one views the source of their website homepage's HTML, the following comment can be found: "Looking for clues? Sorry, you're not going to find them here."

It should be noted that in late-2018, Faith No More keyboardist Roddy Bottum revealed that he, drummer Mike Bordin, and bassist Billy Gould had been working on new music.

Check back on Tuesday for the official word.
