i'd be pissed if I was facing down a felony and up to 5yrs all because some 19-yr-old had a picture of me in a crowd at a show. Pretty messed up if he gets convicted. That said....44 yr old at a KoRn concert drunk... looks like he probably did it.
This is not accurate. He did not confess. He denies having done anything. Get your facts right. If I were him, I'd sue you for slander.
